About the owner
Hey yall! I'm Heather, a Tampa native, multi-business owner, animal lover, people pleaser, world traveler, committed foodie, outspoken LGBTQ+ ally, & your very own wedding & events fairy godmother!
For me, any reason is a good enough reason to celebrate! I have 14yrs experience in the industry. In that time I've been able to fine tune my craft and create a successful company I am proud of - one that supports all, honors diversity and places an emphasis on ensuring a stress free planning process while creating a magical day for our clients. I hand select and personally train our planners to ensure you're getting the best in the business.

Kat
Kat is a Lead Coordinator at PMP. She has been working as a wedding planner for just about as long as she has been a bride herself! She uses those emotions and memories as a new bride to bring a strong empathy to everything she does for your wedding. She has a special adoration for themed weddings and nerdy-loving couples, but loves to work with anyone who wants to make their unique personalities shine through on their wedding day.
Kat’s professional experience began working backstage and designing theater performances and related events, and also has an extensive law background which has given her an unique and sophisticated knowledge of how to run an event, manage people, and put wedding day chaos to rest. She also has her own planning company where she specializes in Geek Chic, Fantasy & Nerdy Themed weddings.

Barbara
Barbara is an assistant coordinator at PMP. She has big energy that lights up any room. She has a meticulous attention to detail which makes her a great fit to our team. When she is not helping to create memorable weddings and events, you can find her capturing her clients' most memorable events at her own business, Babarazzi Photos. Barbara is a talented photographer who captures everything from babies to graduations and weddings to portraits. She has a special knack for capturing musicians as well.
