Service Description

The Destination Wedding Package is for the adventurous couple who who crave new scenery to kick start the next chapter in their lives, or maybe just to be close to family and friends they have moved away from. Our travel package includes all services provided in our "Month of" package. When we quote, we can include travel rates, airfare or gas/mileage, accommodations and meals. The Destination Package Includes: 1 Complimentary Initial Consultation 1 Additional Meeting Hour – (1 on 1 consult or Vendor Meeting) 1 Venue Walk Through – Can be Virtual or Combined with Rehearsal Day if needed 1 Wedding Day Rehearsal Coordination with Personal Item Collection/DIY instruction 1 Full Wedding “Day of” Coordination – 12 hrs 1 Lead Wedding Coordinator plus 1 (or more)* Coordination Assistants *Depending on guest count, number of locations, difficulty of set up Travel to Destination at least 24-48 hrs prior to Wedding Day Unlimited email, phone, and text support from the day you sign Our Preferred Vendor Referrals if available at destination Some of our duties include: • Keeping client on task with all aspects of planning process • Help with processional order, introductions, music selections, seating chart, meal selections, floorplan, traffic flow • Vetting all Vendors • Review all contracts • Etiquette advice • Contact all vendors to establish myself as the point of contact & coordinate timeline • Create a detailed Wedding Day timeline to be sent to the clients and all relevant vendors (Venue, DJ, Photo/Video, etc…) • Oversee Vendors – arrivals, set up, manage timeline adherence, break down/cleanup • Facilitate DIY/Personal Item Set Up & breakdown • Accept delivery of personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.…) and distribute as needed • Wedding Party Coordination – Processional, Recessional, Introductions, toasts etc… • Guest Management – Directing, traffic flow, seating, etc… • Ensure couple has drinks & hors d'oeuvres @cocktail, as well as drinks, dinner & dessert @reception • Release tables for meal service if needed • Coordinate Vendor Meals • Pack takeaway meals, desserts, drinks for couple’s honeymoon suite or getaway car • Collect, Pack & Load Gifts, Cards, DIY & Personal Items into approved vehicles • Manage/Release any Vendor Tips • Honeymoon Suite Room Staging – when applicable • Coordinate Grand Exit • Oversee Venue Breakdown & Clean Up • And so much more… Package can be customized to fit your specific needs.
