The Full-Service Coordination Package is for the couple that would prefer a professional to provide a personalized concierge to guide them through every step of the planning process. We will be with you from the engagement until the moment you say your final goodbyes to your wedding guests. We will help you custom design the wedding of your dreams, while remaining perfectly aligned with your style, aesthetic and vision. The Full Service Package Includes: 1 Complimentary Initial Consultation Coordinate & Attend all Vendor Meetings (Venue, Caterer, Florist…) Coordinate & Attend all Venue Site Tours Coordinate & Attend Dress/Suit Fittings Once a Month Focus Meetings – In Person or via Video Chat Budget Management w/Customized Excel Spreadsheet 1 Final Venue Walk Through 1 Wedding Day Rehearsal Coordination w/ Personal Item Collection/DIY instruction Assistance with Rehearsal Dinner Coordination 12 hr Wedding Day Coordination 1 Lead Wedding Coordinator plus 1 (or more)* Coordination Assistants *Depending on guest count, number of locations, difficulty of set up Unlimited email, phone, and text support from the day you sign Our Preferred Vendor Referrals, if needed Additional duties include: • Scheduling all Vendor Meetings • Help with design/color scheme, theme, aesthetic • Suggesting Vendors that fit your Budget & Style • Manage all Vendor Communications • Planning Progress Timeline Management • Keep client on task with daily, weekly &/or monthly reminders • Budget Management w/Excel Spreadsheet • Track & Monitor Payment Schedule for all Vendors w/Reminders • Assist with Scheduling room blocks • Assist w/ Welcome Bag production & delivery • Obtaining any permits required • Oversee all aspects of event production • Make RSVP calls for Final Guest Count • Return Rentals – tuxes, linens, etc… PLUS all services included in our “Month of” Package!
