Perfect Picnics are thoughtfully curated outdoor experiences designed to feel effortless, intimate, and beautifully styled. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a romantic date, surprising a partner with a proposal, or marking a holiday or special moment, each picnic is designed with intention and attention to detail. We offer both standard picnic setups and fully customized experiences. Our standard picnics for two begin at $200 for 2 hrs, and include everything needed for a relaxed, elevated experience—from comfortable seating and curated tablescapes to décor, tabletop games, music, and refreshments. Additional hours or guests can be added for an additional fee (guest count will vary depending on location selected). For those looking to create something truly personal, our custom picnics allow for enhanced styling and meaningful details tailored to you. Custom options may include specialty décor in your favorite colors, favorite snacks or beverages, take-home florals, rose petals, framed photos, or other thoughtful touches that turn a beautiful picnic into a one-of-a-kind experience. Optional enhancements such as teepees, evening lighting, and curated food and dessert displays—including charcuterie and dessert towers—are also available to elevate your picnic even further. From setup to breakdown, we handle every detail so you can relax, connect, and enjoy the moment. Perfect Picnics are available throughout the Tampa Bay area in either select public parks or a private setting of your choosing. Custom pricing and availability available upon request.
